Treatment of prostate cancer patients with life expectancy and social relations, family and economic situation correspond to the current surgery and radiotherapy only hope to cure prostate cancer, but only a small number of patients suitable for both therapy. Many palliative therapy only, can ease symptoms, but the patient will not have an impact on survival.
